If you heard about Kinko's, well Paul Orfalea is the man who started it. Back in the seventies, he got the idea by accident, of putting a copy machine near college. That was the first Kinko's. It's really a great story, you learn about teamwork, business, treat well your customers and employees. But what is great about his story and the book is that Orfalea was dyslexic and hyperactive. If you believe that anything can stop you from building a great company, read this book, and I'm sure it would change your mind. It's an easy and fun read, absolutely.
